Q: Is your price including case and cleaning cloth?

A: No, the price is only for the frame.
Cases lead to the big size of space, more volumetric weight, you pay much more for shipping cost than the product itself.

Q: Do you have minimum purchase requirements?

A: Yes, we did. The Minimum Order Quantity is 10pcs for an item. I am sorry that we cannot offer the same MOQ policy as Opticians Club, as we only cut and assembly polarized lenses once order confirm. The MOQ 10pcs is required for maintian accuration and effeiciency.

Q: How often for OCWS to release the new collections?

A: In every season.

Q: How long it takes for the order to be shipped?

We will dispatch the shipment within 10 working days after successful payment confirmed. Then it takes another 5 to 10 working days for shipping to your office, depending on destination. It will take extra 14 days if private label service required.
